Archbishop Blanch Sixth Form College (Education)
During the summer of 2024 MGFS were employed to fit out the sixth form areas, creating a new Bistro, as well as classroom and study areas at Archbishop Blanch School. Working with Architectural practice Fletcher Rae and MEP consultant Futureserv the works were completed two weeks early to coincide with the commencement of the academic year.
The key feature of the project was the new bistro/ servery area which showcased a high specification of bespoke joinery. This seamlessly integrated into the surrounding meeting area to deliver an outstanding student space. This project achieved full compliance with the Building Safety Act working with KOK as PD (Both CDM and BSA) and Assent Building Control.
