New Client Secured - Whitbread/Premier Inn

We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed onto Whitbread’s Accelerated Growth Programme. This exciting programme of works includes a mixture of Premier Inn Conversions, Extensions and Rebuilds, with a significant amount of projects located in the North of England. 

We have successfully delivered two projects to date in Blackpool and Haydock with Kendal and Warrington now live on site.

Outside of this programme of works we have also been appointed on a large project in Leeds, which involves converting an existing commercial office building into a 131 bed hotel including roof top & side extension. Click on the link here for more information on this exciting new project!
