Senior Team Appointment

MGFS are delighted to welcome Karl Dixon to the team as Head of Facilities Management.

Karl brings a wealth of senior leadership experience in developing and delivering complex facilities management operations, with expertise across integrated FM, technical services, compliance and governance, operational transformation, client relationship strategy and business growth. Over the course of his career, Karl has worked in leadership roles across a range of sectors including healthcare, retail, logistics, commercial property, residential care, outsourced FM and multi-site service delivery.

His UK experience includes roles with major FM providers including Sodexo, EMCOR, Initial, Interserve and Veolia. Karl also has significant international experience, including the role of Director of Facilities Management with a subsidiary of Saudi Airlines, the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In his role as Head of Facilities Management, Karl will focus on developing the FM business, strengthening technical services capability, supporting operational performance, building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the organisation.
