MGFS has provided a service to New Care for some 8 years. It has changed over time and has

developed to meet our needs. We have excellent relationships with management & the team,

and find their support invaluable.

We have all of the SLA’s in position to support a professional relationship and when we’ve

needed support out of hours, the helpdesk has always been available. This has included looking

at the provision of a generator when we had a power cut, although it wasn’t then needed.

When we have needed out of hours emergency support, MGFS have always been on hand to

ensure that the most appropriate professional visits the home and makes us safe as soon as

possible.

The team are aware of some of the restrictions and issues of providing an FM service to care

homes and the need to work around the needs of our residents is a priority.

MGFS have kept our care homes safe and running at an optimum level. I have always found

them to be knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in their responses which has been most

appreciated.”
