Facilities Management

Our facilities management offering includes both Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), supported by our 24/7 helpdesk and nationwide engineering network.

Fit Out & Refurbishment

MGFS delivers Cat A and B fit out and refurbishment schemes valued between £100k and £14m+ across commercial, leisure, healthcare, education and retail sectors.

We manage projects from design through to completion, often working in live environments with complex logistics such as:

Small Works & Insurance Repairs

Our Aftercare service supports both internal and external clients throughout the defect liability period — typically 12 to 24 months.
