Our facilities management division provides both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services across the UK.

Fit Out & Refurbishment

As a trusted fit out and refurbishment contractor, MGFS delivers Cat A and Cat B schemes ranging from £100k to £14m+, across the commercial, leisure, healthcare, education, and retail sectors.

Our in-house project teams manage every phase — from initial design and cost planning through to construction, finishes, and handover.
